Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

The consumer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws from the contract after delivery has already taken place, the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The refund, including delivery costs, will be made promptly and no later than fourteen days after the date of withdrawal.

For this refund, Lands End will use the same payment method as the customer used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returns and Return Costs

The consumer must return or hand over the goods promptly, and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which Lands End was informed of the cancellation of the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The return shipment can be arranged by the customer themselves or organized by Lands End upon the customer’s request.

The costs for return shipping arranged by Lands End will be communicated in advance.

The return costs may differ from the delivery costs.

If it can be demonstrated that the nature of the packaging allowed the product to be assessed without damaging or opening the packaging, Lands End may refuse to organize the return transport and/or charge higher return costs.

In such cases, the consumer must arrange the return transport themselves.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this reduction in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for products that are custom-made.

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
